We offer a variety of guarantees, warranties and perks that exceed industry standards. We always stand behind our work and the equipment which we sell.
Try Before You Buy
We are committed to keeping demonstration models on hand for our customers. Demo equipment is available both at our dealership or brought to your location upon request.
Free Loaners
We pledge to repair your equipment purchased from us within 7 – 14 days should it ever require service within the season of use. If repairs cannot be completed within 7 – 14 days a loaner will be provided at no charge should you require one.
Optional Extended Warranties
Warranty coverage can be upgraded within a certain period of time after the initial date of purchase, depending on the plan. A Perkins representative will work with you to determine the best fit for your needs and equipment.
OEM Parts Pledge
All repairs performed at Perkins Power Equipment utilize OEM parts. Because aftermarket replacement parts often don’t meet factory requirements, our factory-trained technicians only use parts from the original manufacturer.
Trade In and Trade Up
If within the first week of ownership you determine that you need a larger piece of equipment you can bring it back & trade up to a larger model and simply pay the difference in price. Immediate trade up subject to in-stock inventory. Please see sales associate for full details.
Free Setup/Delivery
Every piece of equipment we sell is setup and tested by our factory certified technicians. Equipment can be then delivered for free in our wide service area if you do not have a vehicle equipment to pick it up.
Perkins Protection & Perks of Annual Service
Keeping your equipment purchased from Perkins Power Equipment is an important element in making it last. As long as you service your purchase at Perkins within the first year, and every year after, you’re entitled to the following Perkins Perks:
Free Blades for Life*
At time of annual service if it is determined that your machines blade or blades are outside of serviceable specifications a new blade and or blades or will be installed free of charge.
*Applies to all brush mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, zero turn riders, and tractors purchased from us.
Free Trimmer Line for Life
At time of annual service new trimmer line will be installed free of charge and the remaining line on the 1 lb. roll will be yours for the season.
Free Chains for Life*
At time of annual chain saw service a new chain will be installed if old chain is unable to be sharpened.
*Limited to 1 free chain per year.
Free Shear Bolts for Life
At time of annual snow blower / thrower service 2 free shear bolts will be provided. During the season you can come back and pick up to a maximum of 4 additional shear bolts free of charge should you shear a bolt.
